  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline and Method
